1.自中行率先取消首套房房贷利率7折优惠后,多家银行也纷纷跟进。据bankrate银率网最新发布的2月房贷市场报告中采集的资讯表明,目前中行、招行、光大、北京农商行、盛京银行和南京银行6家银行将首套房的最低优惠利率调整为8.5折,广发银行调整为8折。
2.从3月5日开始,中国国土资源部百名官员将分30个小组,奔赴中国30个省区市进行实地调研,调研内容涉及土地出让金状况与完善方向,房地产土地供需形势与对策,小产权、高尔夫球场清理情况及处置政策建议,以及土地执法监察效果、土地腐败等当前土地管理中的诸多敏感问题。
3.“国际旅游岛”获批让海南成为本次“两会”上的热点省份。全国人大代表、海南省省长罗保铭表示国际旅游岛发展规划纲要已正式上报国家发改委,预计将在3月底、4月初获批,届时之前出台的“两停”措施也将解冻。
4.3月7日,人力资源和社会保障部副部长杨志明表示,人社部正在配合财政部等部门研究提高个人所得税起征点,减轻普通劳动者的税务负担。对于拖欠农民工工资问题,人社部已经建议修改《刑法》,增加欠薪逃逸罪。(新华网)
5.3月6日,中国人民银行行长周小川在十一届全国人大三次会议举行的记者会上表示,继续实行适度宽松的货币政策,同时管理好通货膨胀的预期。针对通胀预期和货币政策会不会收紧的提问,周小川表示,今年对于宏观调控来讲是相当复杂的年度。首先,从货币政策来讲,我们仍旧实行适度宽松的货币政策,但同时也要高度关注通货膨胀和其他方面经济指标的变化,要管理好通货膨胀的预期,要在继续保持支持经济平稳较快增长和防止通货膨胀之间进行权衡。
6.3月7日,广州国土房管局局长谢晓丹在接受媒体访问时表示,2010年,广州将成立保障性住房管理中心和保障性住房建设中心两个机构,计画新开工建设保障性住房约300万平方米,预计可提供保障性住房约4万套。据了解,300万平方米的保障性住房开工面积,相当于广州2006~2009年三年保障性住房的建设总量,约相当于2009年广州商品住宅交易面积的三分之一。其中,计画建设廉租住房约150万平方米、约2.3万套。建设经济适用住房、经济租赁住房共约150万平方米、约1.7万套。
7.日前,重庆市今年以来土地交易中心供应出的最大地块——位于南岸区黄桷垭组团B、C分区地块经过7轮激烈竞价,由北京大成开发集团有限公司以12.1亿元成功摘得,高出起始价6553万元,增幅5.7%,楼面单价为2789元/平方米,创重庆今年土地出让新高。
8.绿城中国表示,集团在农历新年期间推出二个项目,分别为南通如东湖畔居及合肥玉兰公寓,共售出三百八十五套,涉及面积约七万方米,销售额约十亿元(人民币.下同),截至二月二十八日,累积销售额已达三十四亿元,较去年同期增加超过三倍,其中集团应占约二十亿元,亦较去年同期增加二点六倍。此外,集团尚有十亿元为未转合同的协议销售金额。(信报财经新闻)

1. The State Council has just chosen Southwest China's Chongqing municipality to become the country's 1st inland tariff-free zone, Bo Xilai, the Chongqing Party chief and deputy to the National People's Congress, said on Saturday. Bo also announced that last year several major IT companies like Hewlett-Packard, Foxconn and Intel have signed big contracts with Chongqing to produce over 80 million laptops, which has greatly contributed to Chongqing's economic development and exports. 2. IBM is opening a multi-million dollar lab to develop technologies for China's burgeoning smart grid market. The US$40m Energy & Utilities Solutions Lab will be located in the IBM China Development Labs in Beijing. The company says it expects the lab, the 1st for IBM worldwide, to generate US$400m in revenues over the next few years. (China Daily).
3. Premier Wen Jiabao pledged yesterday to maintain steady economic growth this year while pushing ahead with economic restructuring and managing inflation. There is insufficient internal impetus driving economic growth," the premier told some 3,000 National People's Congress deputies in the Great Hall of the People. Beijing wants to rely more on consumption and services to drive growth, shifting from an over-reliance on investment and exports. Wen said the government had significantly increased spending on low-income housing, pensions, education and health care, in an effort to promote private consumption. He also pledged to increase funding for the rural economy, develop new technologies and narrow the wealth gap. (SCMP).
4. Beijing will sharply slow bank lending this year and reduce new construction, even though it intends to maintain a proactive fiscal policy and moderately loose monetary policy. Lower targets for new loan issuance and construction, and for growth in money supply and the budget deficit, are contained in the central government’s annual work report, delivered yesterday by Premier Wen Jiabao. He also confirmed growth in government spending would halve from last year, to 11.4 per cent. A year after the government launched expansionary policies to stimulate the economy - the world’s third-largest - the work report heralds a return to normal, analysts say. (SCMP).
5. Inflation in the mainland is expected to rise but remain below 3 percent in the first quarter. However, economists are concerned about inflationary risk for the whole year. The consumer price index is estimated to be 2.4 percent last month because of the Lunar New Year factor, according to Citi Investment Research economist Shen Minggao who predicts increases in other economic data. 6. Shanghai-based developer SPG Land (Holdings) posted its best ever profit last year as the real estate market staged a robust comeback lifted by record property prices. The company, a high-end builder, said profit attributable to shareholders for the year to December rose 348 per cent to 678.52 million yuan from 151 million yuan a year earlier. (SCMP).
7. Green Town China says contracted sales last month surged 72 percent year on year to one billion yuan, while sales from January 1 reached 3.4 billion yuan. (The Standard).

1. High investment risk has kept most developers away from the tender for the former government quarters in Caldecott Road near Piper's Hill in Kowloon. Cheung Kong (Holdings), Wheelock Properties and Nan Fung Development were the only companies to submit bids yesterday. New World Development, which took on a similar development at Wylie Court in Ho Man Tin, was conspicuous by its absence. (SCMP).
