香港

1. 土地註冊處資料顯示，上月下旬售出的雅賓利大廈高層複式，面積6830方呎，成交價3.38億元，呎價49,480元。資料顯示，原業主為Luzon Investments Limited，公司董事為Fang Shin等，市傳為針織大王方鏗家族或有關人士；單位在2004年僅以1.33億元買入，轉手帳面獲利高達1.54倍。（明報）

2. Kush集團日前以四億五千萬元沽出兩幢服務式住宅後，昨天再下一城，沽售旗下西環德輔道西全幢服務式住宅，成交價約八千七百萬元，呎價約九千六百零九元，回報約四厘一，物業於四年間升值逾兩倍。原業主為○六年購入上址，作價二千四百五十萬元，並將翻新，持貨至今四年，現將物業沽售，帳面獲利約六千二百五十萬元，物業期內升值約兩點五五倍。Kush集團日前連環沽出上環及西環兩幢服務式住宅，涉資四億五千萬元，包括上環荷李活道二二二號全幢，以及西環高街一一一號全幢，兩幢總樓面共五萬方呎，平均呎價九千元。（星島日報）

3. 政府將於下周四正式調升2,000萬元以上豪宅釐印費，由於是次釐印費加幅達0.5%，不少豪宅買家趁加釐印費前購入豪宅，務求趕及於下周前以舊有稅率計算釐印費，於上星期才推出市場招標出售山頂加列山道73號大屋，原定於下月底才截標，由於買家希望以趁加釐印費前購入，最終業主亦願意提早於截標前以4.8億元售出，成交呎價約逾4.5萬元。（成報）

4. 紀惠集團行政總裁湯文亮，剛沽出金鐘海富中心1302室，面積6,135平方呎，7,050萬元成交，平均呎價1.14萬元，單位以交吉交易，買家為用家。（經濟日報）

Mainland China

1. China’s y-o-y inflation rate is seen between 2 and 2.5% in the 1st quarter of this year, according to the country's top economic planner. The Consumer Price Index, a main gauge of inflation, would see a "moderate increase" in the 1st quarter, the National Development and Reform Commission said in a statement on its Website. China's CPI rose 2.7% from a year earlier in Feb, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics. (Shanghai Daily).

2. Guangzhou R&F Properties said net profit last year declined 7.05 percent to 2.9 billion yuan (HK$3.29 billion) as fair value gain on investment properties dropped nearly 60 percent to 453.2 million yuan. The average selling price fell 5.6 percent from the previous year to 9,830 yuan per square meter. The amount of saleable area sold increased 22.2 percent but turnover rose 15.3 percent year-on-year. 3. Net profit at COSCO International surged 72 percent last year to HK$843.7 million from 2008 as it benefited from contributions of Sino-Ocean Land. (The Standard).

Hong Kong

1. The financial arm of Cheung Kong (Holdings) is offering the city's lowest mortgage rate at 0.5 percentage point above the one-month Hong Kong interbank offered rate (Hibor). With Hibor at 0.09 per cent yesterday, AMTD Finance Planning’s rate was 0.59 per cent for buyers of Cheung Kong’s Festival City in Tai Wai for the first year.
