  7. 近期百貨公司出現大執位，一向積極擴展業務的一田百貨，除吸港客外更攻內地客，市傳已承租大埔超級城吉之島現舖址，涉及面積達8.5萬方呎，料年底開業，將成本港最大旗艦店。據了解，上述舖址為吉之島在1995年10月進駐，至今已租用15年。而近期吉之島有轉租大舖，較矚目為樂富分店遷往九龍灣MegaBox。 (香港新報)

  1. New home sales in Shanghai rose 16 per cent in the week to Jun 6 from the previous week to 95,000 square metres, consultant Shanghai UWin Real Estate Information Services said. New home prices last week fell 5 per cent to 20,700 yuan (HK$23,460) per square metre, while the supply of homes plunged 74 per cent to 83,000 square metres, the data company said. (SCMP)
