1. 银监会对房地产融资的监管“紧箍咒”再次生效。据悉,2月份房地产信托集合资金项目锐减,但发行规模资金仍占集合资金项目总金额的六成。由于春节长假影响,2月产品发行数量减半,发行的56个集合资金项目,资金规模为115亿,减少34%。其中房地产信托产品有14个,环比减少15个,发行规模资金69.7亿。(中国新闻网)
2. 北京共出让6宗地块,成交总价达143.5亿元。亦庄地块创最高总价,东升乡地块以2.9万元创最高单价。远洋地产旗下子公司远豪置业以40.8亿元竞得大望京1号地,地块楼面地价达每平方米2.75万元;中国兵器装备集团公司旗下北京世博宏业房地产开发有限公司,以17.6亿元的总价竞得海淀区东升乡地块,楼面价折合2.90万元/平方米;中信地产斥资52.4亿元,以超过1.7万元 / 平米的楼面价,将“大兴亦庄住宅及商业项目(X1-1B)地块”揽入怀中。该地块总金额超过2009年“高价地”顺义区后沙峪镇天竺开发区22号地的50.5亿元,创下北京拍地最高总价。(新京报)
3. 上周京沪深穗一线城市商品房成交量继续回升,环比上涨15%,达到84.42万平方米,而其它可比的重点城市成交面积也继续回升。目前地产投资及新开工面积增速继续高涨将在一定程度上消化前期紧缩调控的预期,3月份的整体销售将更快地向1月均值回归。(中国证券报)
4. 北京市统计局、国家统计局北京调查总队于3月15日发布北京1-2月住房价格。其中北京四环路以内住宅期房均价突破3万 / 平米,为31220元 / 平米。而四至五环路均价为17254元 / 平米,五至六环路均价为11776元 / 平米,六环路以外均价为10409元 / 平米。(观点地产网)

6. 上周成都主城区商品房成交1870套,五城区(含高新区)中有四个区域成交走势呈上扬态势,主城区商品房户均成交面积为84平方米。其中,商品住宅户均成交面积为90平方米。锦江区商品房上周成交套数和成交面积均居第一位;而高新区商品房价涨幅明显,环比每平方米增长了1508.31元。(华西都市报)
7. 受惠投资物业公平值收益及存货减值转回,上海复地去年纯利大增三点九倍,至4.97亿元(人民币.下同),每股盈利19.6分;派息大幅增加二倍,至每股6分。集团去年营业额51.85亿元,按年上升近四成;毛利率29.5%,下跌18个百分点,原因是去年入账面积中约四成来自2008年价格不高项目等因素。截至去年年底,手头现金约36.3亿元。复地表示,今年上半年内地房地产市场仍将看好,但随?通胀、经济过热等预期升温,预料宏观经济政策将出现调整,故下半年房地产市场的不确定性将增加。(信报财经新闻)

1. Sino-Ocean Land has won a bid for a site in Beijing's Chaoyang Wangjing district for 4.08 billion yuan (HK$4.64 billion), or 27,500 yuan per square meter, a record for land in the capital. (The Standard).
2. The CPI in Shanghai, the main gauge of inflation, increased 1.3% from a year earlier in Feb, up from the gain of 1.1% in Jan, the Shanghai Statistics Bureau said. (Shanghai Daily).
3. Exports in Shanghai jumped 34.5% from a year earlier to US$11.4bn in Feb. The volume of exports had rebounded close to the 2008 level before the global financial crisis hit, the Shanghai Statistics Bureau said. Imports surged 37.2% to US$11.2bn. (Shanghai Daily).
4. FAI in Shanghai jumped 22.8% on an annual basis in the 1st 2 months to RMB62.7bn, keeping a fast expansion momentum and still powered by urban infrastructure construction. (Shanghai Daily).

8. Auto electronics and green power will propel revenue in China's semiconductor market to rebound by double digits in 2010 after a decrease last year, industry officials said during an integrated circuit fair which opened yesterday. The revenue is expected to grow 17% annually to US$80bn this year, said Mark Saunderson, president of Global Sources' electronics business unit, citing figures from iSuppli, a US-based IT consulting firm. In 2009, the revenue fell 6.8% annually to US$68.2bn because of the global financial crisis, iSuppli said. (Shanghai Daily).
9. New home sales in Shanghai continued to be sluggish in the 1st 2 weeks of this month amid low supply as real estate developers are uncertain of the prospects for the market. About 218,000 sq m of new homes, excluding those designated for relocated residents under urban redevelopment plans, were sold in the city between 1 Mar and 14 Mar, less than half of the volume in the same period a year earlier. The supply of new homes during the 2 weeks plunged to 93,000 sq m, even less than 10% of the stock in the same period in 2009, Shanghai Uwin Real Estate Information Services Co said. While transactions in the housing market were sluggish, prices continued to stay above the RMB20,000/sq m mark. The average price of new homes hit RMB20,487/sq m in Shanghai in the 1st 14 days of the month, against RMB19,696/sq m in Feb, according to Uwin statistics. (Shanghai Daily).
