2. 核心區舖位放盤少，投資者續向非核心區舖埋手。消息指，華懋剛沽出黃大仙嘉年華酒樓舖位，涉及約1.8億元。市場消息透露，黃大仙豪苑商場2樓全層剛易手，物業總面積約4.5萬平方呎，由嘉年華酒樓租用，月租約46萬元，以1.8億元易手，平均呎價約4,000元。近期華懋沽出大量持貨多年的舖位，如是次成交物業地下8號及19至30號舖，面積逾2萬平方呎，早前亦以1.28億元易手，買家為連鎖食品超級市場佳寳。（經濟日報）

3. 從事紡織及成衣的德永佳主席潘彬澤及有關人士增持跑馬地柏樂苑單位，土地註冊處顯示，潘氏於上月底以萬迅有限公司名義，以6,200萬元購入屋苑極高層B室，潘彬澤於今年1月份以5,880萬元購入比鄰A室單位。（經濟日報）

4. 再有一家日資百貨進駐本港。UNY（香港）旗下針對年輕客群的日式家居生活百貨新品牌PIAGO，將會首次登陸香港，租用九龍灣德福廣場7萬平方呎，佔現租戶宜家傢俬約70%樓面，租約期為6年，租金較宜家的租約升幅達15%。新店佔共兩層，包括超級市場及生活家品兩個專區，於明年初開業。港鐵總商場事務經理伍翠樂表示，PIAGO將於2011年初進駐德福廣場，面積7萬平方呎，會取代宜家傢俬現租用的4、5樓位置；至於3樓的位置（3萬多平方呎）已有另一日資零售品牌承租，商戶名稱稍後公布。宜家傢俬的租約期同為6年（2004至2010年），店舖將於今年7月交吉，搬往同區MegaBox。（明報）

5. 樓市持續暢旺，但產業署早前趁勢招標的九龍郝德傑道前政府宿舍卻在土地市場供應增加下，最終因三份標書均「未到價」，令該物業五年內先後二次遭遇「流標」的下場。地產界人士認為，項目景觀等因素影響發展商的出價意慾，建議政府集齊業權再推出，將較具吸引力。產業署發言人證實，早前郝德傑道前政府宿舍接獲的三份標書由於出價全部低於該署所評定的市值，所以全部落選。產業署將參考是次招標的經驗，探討處置有關物業的方案。（信報財經新聞）

1. China managed an annualised GDP growth of 11.9% in the 1st quarter - the fastest pace in the past 2 years. (Shanghai Daily).

2. China has raised the down-payment requirement on 2nd-home mortgages to at least 50% from 40%. (Shanghai Daily).

3. China plans to more than double its land supply for housing development this year. More than 70% of the total will be for affordable housing, renovating shanty home areas and small- and medium-sized apartments, as it bids to curb rising home prices by increasing the supply of homes for people with medium to low income. Under an annual land plan announced yesterday by the Ministry of Land and Resources, the land supply for residential use in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, excluding Tibet, will likely reach 180,000 ha in 2010, compared with 76,461 ha in 2009 and an average of 54,650 ha over the past 5 years, according to Liao Yonglin, a department director overseeing the country's land use and management. In particular, 77% of the land supply will be used to build affordable houses, shanty home renovations and small- and medium-sized apartments. Small- and medium-sized apartments will take up 80,431 ha, exceeding the amount of residential plots offered across the country during 2009. (Shanghai Daily).
